Corporate Membership

To become a corporate member of the association please complete the following form and return by post to Loch Lomond PWC Association, PO Box 11287, Paisley, PA3 9AJ enclosing a cheque for £40 payable to Loch Lomond PWC.

I hereby agree to abide by the byelaws set by the Loch Lomond National Parks Authority.

I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms of the Loch Lomond PWC Association constitution and rules.  I believe that all terms and conditions are fair and reasonable.  I acknowledge and confirm that participation in the Personal Watercraft sport is inherently dangerous and I am fully aware of the risks involved.  The Loch Lomond PWC Association accepts no liability whatsoever of any nature which I may suffer as a result of my participation in Association events and activities.  I and my family (who have been made aware of and understand the nature of the sport), the undersigned, agree to hold harmless and irrevocably waive in perpetuity any claim(s) against the Loch Lomond PWC Association whatsoever by virtue of my membership and participation in club events and activities.

Please note that membership and subscriptions are renewed each January and are valid for one year or until the next December (where membership is taken during the subscription year).  For the first year only (2005) membership shall run until December 2006, thus offering subscribers up to four months free!!

Corporate Membership

·         Loch Lomond PWC Association will provide a web link to your stated website along with supporting text, logos and descriptions of activities and services provided by your company  for one year or until the following January whichever is sooner.

·         Supporting text, logos and descriptions of your company’s activities or services shall be provided by your company.

·         Loch Lomond PWC Association will endeavour to promote its corporate members activities and services within its membership through acknowledgement of your company’s support of our association.
